When purchasing The Warlock's Findings products, you, the customer, are acknowledging that you understood and agreed to all the informations, terms and conditions below, as well as the informations presented in the FAQ and products descriptions that you've been sent through e-mail prior to the purchase.
Those terms of service (ToS) are integral to the contract between the seller (The Warlock's Findings) and the customer (you). The seller can use them in case of conflict or legal procedures.
The seller can modify and update those terms of service at any moment. The applicable ToS will always be the most recent one that had been sent to the customer priori to the payment.
As most products sold by The Warlock's Findings are aimed towards adult customers, you must be of legal age in France (where the products are made) as well as the country you're residing in, to purchase them.
PRICES :
All base prices are in Euros (taxes included if applicable). Shipping fees will apply depending on the destination country you indicate on a product's page, and you'll always see the total price before confirming your purchase.
If you make a purchase and ask for shipping in a country outside of the European Union, you might have to pay Customs Duty, importations fees, or your country's local taxes. The Warlock's Findings isn't responsible for those and cannot know in advance whether or not they will be applicable, therefore he cannot be liable for any of those extra costs.
SHIPPING :
Shipping times can vary, as the Seller has no way to know about postal services slowing down because of internal issues, or shipping goods being blocked at the Customs.
However, if a product's shipping might be delayed because of its production (anything that happens before the goods are sent to the postal service), The Warlock's Findings will communicate with the customer to inform them of the issue, and eventually cancel the purchase if the customer decides so.
The customer has to provide valid names, personnal adress and contacts (mail & telephone number if needed). The adress has to be a personal one, and not a company or similar professional adress.
The Seller isn't responsible if the products are lost after shipping, and won't offer refund in those situations.
If a package is sent back to the Seller by the postal service because of an invalid adress, or the customer not being able to retrieve the package, the shipping fees won't be refunded. However, the products themselves can be refunded, or re-sent if needed. New shipping fees might apply if the customer wants the products to be sent again.
If the customer wants to change the destination adress of the products, they will have to contact The Warlock's Finding in the 48hours following the transaction so it can be changed before it is too late. Extra fees might apply if an adress change is made after those 48 hours.
Once the package is shipped, it is not possible to ask for a change of adress anymore.
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS:
In accordance with Article L.121-16 of the French Consumer Code, and as per EU Legislation regarding online shopping, the customer has the right to cancel and return an order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification
The extra postal fees for sending back those products won't be refunded, however.
Refund for items that had been sent back will be issued within 30 days. They will include the initial shipping fee, but not the returning fee.
To avoid any dispute, it is advised that you pick a tracked package option for any product that needs to be sent back.
If you have any issue with your order and feel like you need to cancel or exchange anything, please contact The Warlock's Finding as fast as possible.
Return policy:
Any product that have been damaged by the customer won't be issued a refund.

AESTHETIC VARIATIONS AND MINOR FLAWS:
Due to the products being hand-crafted, they will feature aesthetic variations, surface irregularities and minor flaws like small nicks, little bumps/creases, "moles" or "divots", wavy-like texture, etc... It is common for hand-crafted products to feature those, and as such they won't be listed, nor classified as defective. Those variations don't make the masks & hoods unsafe to use.
Due to the pigments used, parts that are exposed to water might appear grey. This only happens when there is recent exposure to water, and the hood will turn completely black again once dried.
If some aesthetic flaws happen to be more visible than the minor ones (example: the tip of an ear completely missing), they will have the "flop" mentionned in their name, as well as at least one photo showing a close-up of the flaw. Flops are always sold with a discounted price.
RESPONSIBILITY AND PRODUCT USE:
Latex allergies are common, and can make the wearin of latex/rubber-made products dangerous. Please ensure that you don't have a latex allergy before purchasing our products.
The Anthro Doll Hood's breathing tube only make it possible to breath through the mouth. Obstructing the breathing tube in any way could lead to suffocation. Because of the lack of eye holes, it is impossible to see through. It is advised that the person wearing the mask shall refrain from walking or moving around, to avoid potential accidents.
Under no circumstances will The Warlock's Findings be held responsible or liable for any kind of personal use resulting in harm, or any kind of incident.
